Ordering Instructions

1, according to the application and process requirements of reasonable selection and indicate the equipment specifications and weir length, decanting depth, decanting time, pool area, end through structure and other parameters. If it is not specified, it shall be as follows: ① decanting length l = q/3.6u (q <1000 m/h,u takes 20l/m s; Q≥ 1500 m/h,u takes 40l/m s; The rest is 30;/m · s). ② The decanting depth is 2m;③ The decanting time is 1 hour; ④ Order with one end through structure.

2, indicate the main material (carbon steel, stainless steel) and anti-corrosion requirements, do not indicate that according to the stainless steel order.

3. Electric control box (including frequency converter, etc.),1. secondary embedded parts (including through-wall sleeve), main pipe docking short pipe or flange (JB/T81-94),1.0MPa water liquid control instrument, mud level instrument control, working bridge (or platform), etc. shall be ordered separately.

4. When the decanting volume is large (generally more than 1500 m/h), the two-end structure should be selected as far as possible to reduce the diameter of the main pipe. If the two-end structure is selected or there are other special requirements, please provide specific information.
