Stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment that uses the principle of screw extrusion, through the strong extrusion force generated by the change of screw diameter and pitch, as well as the tiny gap between the moving ring and the fixed ring.
construction principle
The main body of the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is a filtering device formed by multiple fixed rings and moving rings, and the screw shaft penetrates through them. The front section is the concentration section and the back section is the dehydration section. The sludge concentration and squeezing dehydration are completed in one cylinder, replacing the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration mode with a special filter body mode.

Dehydration principle
After the sludge is concentrated by gravity in the concentration section, it is transported to the dehydration section. In the process of advancing, with the gradual decrease of the filter seam and the pitch, and under the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, great pressure is generated, and the volume is continuously reduced., To achieve the purpose of full dehydration.
