Product overview
The integrated stacked screw sludge dewatering system is a mobile vehicle-mounted sludge dewatering complete system developed from the perspective of saving investment costs for customers. The equipment is easy to move and can serve different sewage treatment plants at multiple points. The integrated screw sludge dewatering system is mainly composed of a screw sludge dewatering machine, an integrated dosing device, a dosing pump, a sludge pump and a container or a transport vehicle (the transport vehicle is provided by the user).
Working principle
The integrated stacked screw sludge dewatering system can be directly moved to the side of the sludge tank for sludge dewatering according to customer needs.
The integrated dosing device in the system is responsible for the dissolution and maturation of the chemicals. The sludge dewatering machine completes the dewatering treatment of the sludge, and then the sludge cake is transported to the designated place by the shaftless screw conveyor. The system contains sludge pump and dosing pump, and can independently complete the work of sludge dewatering room only by external power supply and flushing water source.
