Application occasions
1. The equipment is generally used for separating the larger inorganic particles (generally larger than 0.5mm in diameter) in the sewage before and after the grid of the primary sedimentation tank of the municipal sewage treatment plant. Generally, air is used to lift sand, and the steel pool body is suitable for small and medium-sized flow.
2, applied to a single cyclone sand chamber, the use of air-lifting sand, its combined structure function is similar to the Dole sand chamber, but in the same treatment capacity of the combined structure occupies a small area, high efficiency.
Working principle
The raw water enters from the tangential direction, initially forming a swirling flow, and then the impeller forms a certain flow rate and flow state, so that the sand adhering to the organic matter gradually washes each other, and sinks to the center of the sand hopper by gravity and swirling resistance, and the stripped organic matter overflows upward with the axial water flow. The sand accumulated in the sand hopper is lifted by the air lift pump and enters the sand-water separator for separation. The separated sand is discharged to the garbage bin (cylinder) for transportation, and the sewage is returned to the grid well.

Ordering Instructions
1. Indicate the product model and specification, combination form and sand discharge method in detail according to the application occasions.
2. Indicate the material (carbon steel or stainless steel) and anti-corrosion requirements of the main body of the equipment. If it is not indicated, it means that it is anti-corrosion by carbon steel, and the reducer is ordered domestically.
3. All supporting equipment (or accessories) such as electric control box, work bridge, sand-water separator, embedded parts, various pipelines, valves and flow meters, sand pump, sand barrel, etc. shall be ordered separately.
4, the equipment flange standard does not indicate that according to JB/T81-94,PN1.0 manufacturing.
5, XLCQ180 ~ XLCQ1080 can be ordered according to the steel pool as a whole, more than XLCQ1080, can be made into concrete pool or welded on site to make steel pool.
