Main features
The filter is made of 316L stainless steel with corrosion resistance, high strength and long service life.

Working principle
JZL type precision drum filter is mainly composed of box, filter system, drive system, backwash system, automatic control system, etc.
JZL type precision drum filter is a continuous filtration equipment. Raw water (sewage) flows into the filter drum through the inlet of the water inlet pipe. The liquid level sensor will send out a signal to start the drive system to drive the filter drum to move and start the backwash pump at the same time. Raw water (sewage) using gravity or pressure through the high strength stainless steel filter, raw water (sewage) in the solid suspended solids are trapped inside the filter. The backwash pump extracts the filtered water, sprays high-pressure umbrella-shaped water column through the nozzle on the top of the filter drum, and washes the filter screen from the outside to the inside to remove the solid suspended solids accumulated on the inner surface of the filter screen. The washed fine particles are collected by the backwash water collection tank inside the filter drum and discharged from the equipment through the sewage pipe. When no water passes through the device, the device will automatically stop.
