ZPG fiber rotary filter is a new type of water treatment filtration equipment, which is used to remove SS in the advanced sewage treatment process. Mainly applied:

1, set in the conventional activated sludge method, delayed aeration method, SBR system, oxidation ditch system and other processes, combined with dosing and enhanced deepening section reaction, to achieve the removal of total suspended solids, turbidity and phosphorus removal requirements.

2, the depth of sewage treatment, to achieve water reuse.

3, surface water purification, with other technologies to purify the surface water as cooling water, boiler water reuse.

4, the new sewage plant and the old plant bid transformation, especially for the site limited occasions.

Working principle

ZPG fiber rotary disc filter is mainly composed of the center drum, filter rotary disc, backwashing and mud discharge system, pump valve pipeline components, transmission device, control system and so on.

Raw water (sewage) flows into the pool body equipped with the filter turntable through the inlet weir plate, and enters the central drum after being filtered by the filter cloth of the turntable, and is discharged from the system through the outlet weir plate of the water outlet area; the filter turntable is fixed on the central drum, and the filter turntable is fixed in groups of six to form the filter turntable, and the inside of the filter turntable is connected with the central drum through the connecting hole. With the filtration, the trapped substances are adsorbed on the outside of the filter cloth, gradually forming a sludge layer. The filtration resistance of the filter cloth increases, and the water level of the filter tank gradually rises. When the water level reaches the set backwashing liquid level, the automatic control system will send a signal to the program control system through the liquid level switch, and the automatic control system will control the backwashing system to carry out backwashing according to the PLC program. During filtration, the filter disc rotates at a rotation speed of about 1 r/min, the backwashing system sucks the surface of the filter cloth under negative pressure to suck out the sludge particles accumulated on the filter cloth, and the water cleans the filter cloth from the inside to the outside and discharges the system: a bucket-shaped tank bottom is set under the ZPG fiber turntable filter, which is conducive to the deposition and collection of sludge, the sludge layer accumulated on the outside of the filter cloth can be extended and discharged out of the filter system through the pump valve pipeline assembly.

Time, reduce the amount of backwashing water, the control system can set the interval time and mud discharge time.
