Application occasions
The central transmission structure is generally used for scraping and collecting all kinds of circular sedimentation tanks with tank diameter less than 18m (generally, the water volume of a single tank is less than 600 T/h), and normally discharges water from the periphery of the central sludge discharge.
ZXG central drive mud scraper is generally used for municipal sewage and similar sewage (such as petrochemical industry, papermaking and other industries). The specific gravity of sludge is relatively light (generally less than 1.2 t/m) and non-easy-to-slab pool sediment. Generally, it does not have dross scraping function. Inclined plates or inclined pipes can be set in the pool to improve the sedimentation effect.
ZXN type central drive thickener is basically similar to ZXG type. It is mainly used for further thickening the sludge discharged from the ordinary sedimentation tank. In structure, it increases the grid part (increases the density of sludge) compared with the mud scraper.
Structure of working bridge: type steel girder shall be adopted for pool diameter less than 10 m, and truss girder shall be adopted for pool diameter greater than 10 m.
