Working principle

NJL type internal flow grid is mainly composed of main frame, transmission device, mesh plate, transmission chain, flushing system, material receiving and control system. Sewage enters from the central hole in the front of the inner flow mesh grid, and is discharged from the inside through the perforated grid plates on both sides of the mesh grid from the inside to the outside, intercepting the grid slag inside and adhering to the mesh plate. During operation, with the movement of the transmission device, the transmission chain drives the mesh plate to move from bottom to top, where the grid slag is washed by the washing system and falls into the internal slag collection tank, it is then transported directly or through an external slag chute to a high drainage press for squeezing and dewatering; the screen plate is washed clean and then enters the next working cycle.
