XQ rake grille is an important front road pollution blocking equipment in sewage treatment. It is suitable for water supply and drainage pumping station, urban sewage, industrial wastewater, etc., and can be used as coarse and fine grille.

structure and working principle
The rake teeth made of nylon or stainless steel are assembled on the chain shaft in a certain order to form a closed ring-shaped rake chain. The whole rake chain moves continuously from bottom to top under the drive of the transmission sprocket, transporting the solid suspended substances trapped on the rake teeth from the sewage to the ground or above the platform, and removing the materials during the rotation and engagement of the rake teeth, so as to protect the water pump and reduce the processing load of the subsequent processes.

Without grid bars, many small tooth harrows are connected to form a large rotating surface, which is reliable for slag fishing.

1. Theoretical water flow rate (without grid slag and other factors) = design average grid flow rate × water area × water surface efficiency; 2. The water level difference corresponding to the design water flow rate V = 1 m/s is about △H = 200mm;
3. Water passing area = channel width B× (water level before gate H1-△H)/sinα;
4. The power in the table corresponds to the moving speed of rake teeth 2 m/min;
5, the actual water flow should be included in the grid slag and water head and other factors, generally estimated by 0.5 times the theoretical value.
Ordering Instructions
1, according to the technical parameter table combined with process requirements reasonable selection, indicate the model specification and slag mouth height, do not indicate the slag mouth height according to 750mm.
2, does not indicate the reducer brand and equipment material requirements, said according to the domestic conventional reducer, equipment material according to the whole stainless steel 304 material.
3. The required embedded plate and supporting slag transportation and storage equipment shall be ordered separately. The installation of the embedded plate structure shall be obtained from our technical personnel.
