structure and working principle
FHG reverse fishing grid consists of transmission system, frame, rake teeth, traction chain, underwater guide wheel, attached grid, main grid, slag retaining plate, etc. The transmission system drives the rake tooth rod to rotate up and down along the guide rail through the traction chain. The rake goes down from the rear of the grid bar, and moves to the front of the grid bar after being changed to the underwater guide wheel at the bottom. The floating objects stopped by the grid bar are fished to the slag unloading opening along the baffle from bottom to top, and then discharged into the conveyor belt or garbage truck.
Ordering Instructions
1. When ordering, the model of the equipment, channel width B, channel depth H, installation angle, grid height H1, grid gap B, slag outlet height and other parameters shall be indicated. If not, the slag outlet height shall be 750mm, the installation angle shall be 75, and the grid height H1 shall be 2000mm.
