Product Introduction
The powder storage device is a system device that transports fine particles with a particle size of 200-400 mesh to the storage tank through a bulk tanker, and then adds them quantitatively according to the dosage. Considering the environmental health factors, the whole system is carried out in a closed environment, which effectively avoids the phenomenon that the powder is elegant and endangers the environment, and avoids the dust from the outside and affects the health of the on-site operators. The silo is equipped with a perfect anti-bridge device, which can eliminate the powder that cannot be discharged due to long-term accumulation in the storage tank. The powder silo is cylindrical and conical fully enclosed at the bottom. The upper part is equipped with dust filter and overpressure/negative pressure safety valve, and the bottom of the silo is equipped with vibration activation device to ensure that no "hole" phenomenon is generated during the unloading process. The silo body is equipped with material level meter to display and monitor the accumulation height of powder. The system is equipped with a special feeder and online weighing and loading (optional) to accurately control the dosage of materials. The system is equipped with necessary accessories for safe, reliable and effective operation, such as silo (outrigger, discharge maintenance platform), dust collector (filter element), safety valve, material level gauge (high, medium and low), VAM activation hopper (including vibrator), flapper valve, rotary feeder, weighing and loading (optional), ladder climbing, protective railing, local and PLC control box (optional).
