After the original sludge (99%) is treated by a conventional sludge dewatering machine, the sludge is sent to a sludge high-efficiency mixer through a conveyor. The sludge is chemically pretreated by using the principle of "sludge wall breaking and chain cutting technology" and mechanical shear extrusion technology, so that chemical reactions occur on the surface of sludge colloidal particles, which promotes the wall breaking and chain cutting of sludge particles, destroys the colloidal structure of sludge, and reduces the affinity with water, thus improving its dewatering performance, at the same time, the water is separated from the sludge particles, thereby increasing the solid content of the sludge. The new type of sludge high-efficiency mixer uses mechanical shearing to break the wall of sludge. The forward stirring and shearing sludge is mixed with the modifier and pushed forward to avoid the accumulation of mixed modified sludge in the cavity to realize continuous mixing and discharging. The integrated system of sludge deep dewatering effectively combines the "sludge wall breaking and chain breaking technology" with mechanical shearing and extrusion to break the wall of the water cell body in the sludge and change the "bound water" in the sludge into "free water", sludge with a moisture content of less than 99% can be dehydrated to a moisture content of less than 60 at one time, or sludge with a moisture content of about 80% can be dehydrated to a moisture content of less than 60% at one time; One-stop sludge reduction, stabilization and harmless treatment are implemented.
