Product overview
ZDY-type rotary drum concentration dewatering machine is mainly used for the treatment of sludge without concentration in the concentration tank (such as residual sludge by A/O method). Relying on the pre-dehydration of drum concentration, it is equivalent to having the dual functions of concentration and dehydration, and the treatment capacity is higher than that of pure filter press.
DNY type belt thickening dewatering machine is also used for the treatment of sludge without thickening tank (such as A/O method of residual sludge, SBR method of residual sludge), but also has the dual function of concentration and dehydration. The main difference with ZDY is the different concentration structure, which relies on the gravity concentration of the filter belt and is suitable for occasions with larger processing capacity.

Technical aspects: automatic cylinder correction system, effectively prevent the filter cloth deviation, safety alarm device and limit deviation control, improve the service life of the filter cloth and maintenance costs. The sludge dewatering wedge-shaped area adopts an angle of 6-8 degrees, and the length of the wedge-shaped area is lengthened, so that before the sludge enters the pressing area, the uniformity of the mud cake is effectively controlled, the free water on the surface of the sludge is further removed, the mud cake is uniform, and a better effect is obtained in the pressing area.
