The operation process of the screw stacking machine is as follows:

The sludge in the sludge tank passes through the sludge lifting pump and is pumped to the sludge inlet part of the flocculation mixing tank of the screw stacking machine. After being pumped to a certain amount, it will flow to the dosing part of the flocculation mixing tank. The sludge is initially mixed with the agent and then flows to the mixing part. The sludge is fully mixed with the flocculation agent to form alum flowers, which overflow to the main part of dehydration, the cavity of the dynamic and static ring sheet stack of the main part of the dehydration filters out the filtrate, collects it into the filtrate tank and then discharges it conveniently. The sludge is driven and squeezed along the screw shaft, and is driven from the mud inlet to the mud outlet by the relative pressure generated by the back pressure plate, becoming drier and drier, and then discharged from the mud outlet to complete a dehydration process.
